Our weekend stay was cozy and comfortable. The staff was friendly and offered a breakfast that was varied and fresh. The location was super convenient with several attractions nearby. We enjoyed the overall calmness of the hotel environment and its homely feel.
A lack of maintenance was evident, there were a few issues with the flooring and doors, and the parking situation was not ideal. language barriers with the staff did occur, which made things a bit difficult at times.

The rooms we stayed in were comfortable and clean. We appreciated the attention to small details like umbrellas and a drying rack. the hotel's location was convenient, located near the old town and attractions. Breakfast was tasty and freshly made every day.
Communication was difficult as the staff spoke little English. the noise level in our room was disruptive, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

We loved the quiet location of the hotel, tucked away from the main busy streets but still within walking distance to the charming old town area and the bustling Walking Street market. the hotel was also conveniently located near the Chiang Mai Gate market, which was a great spot to grab some delicious meals. the rooms were clean, comfortable and nicely kept, with modern bathrooms and amenities. the staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to help. the breakfast offering was adequate and satisfying.
Our only minor complaint was that the small swimming pool area didn't offer much shade and there were limited lounging options.

My recent stay at Nuan Boutique was amazing. The room was bright, clean, and comfortable, perfect for our family of four. The separate space for the kids with a futon was a nice touch. We loved having a sitting area in the room as well as a balcony with a drying rack and umbrellas provided. The beds were incredibly comfy with a choice of two pillows. The service was top-notch, despite the limited English spoken by the staff. They were always willing to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and fresh, with tasty options and the coffee was a standout. The location was convenient, just outside the old city, making it easy to explore. The pool, though small, was enough to cool off after a long day. I would highly recommend Nuan Boutique for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Chiang Mai.
